Alloy Steel F11 Flanges are made out of F11 grade chromium-molybdenum steel. This material is well-known for its strength toughness and high-temperature properties. The average chemical composition is 0.5% carbon 1.0% chromium and 0.5% molybdenum with some additional alloying elements to improve overall performance. Alloy steel F11 flanges have very good mechanical properties, tensile strength that can be as high as 415 MPa, yield strength that can be as high as 205 MPa, as well as good creep properties at high temperatures. F11 flanges have great durability, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance and are used in critical applications in the power generation, oil & gas, and chemical processing industries.
