Copper-Nickel RTJ flanges are predominantly made out of 90/10 (90% copper, 10% nickel) or 70/30 (70% copper, 30% nickel) alloys, which have great corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and chemical environments. These Copper-Nickel RTJ flanges have good mechanical properties, which are high tensile strength and ductility, and the other properties can potentially withstand high pressures. Additionally, they have good thermal and electrical conductivity low thermal expansion and stable performance under a range of temperatures. They are durable and reliable and will not easily biofoul.
