Hastelloy blind flanges are produced from a nickel base alloy made primarily from nickel, molybdenum and chromium, that has excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in aggressive chemicals. This alloy also has trace amounts of iron, tungsten and cobalt, which have and contribute to strength and stability. The technical properties encompass high tensile strength, excellent weldability and excellent fatigue strength.
