Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT flanges contain almost entirely nickel, iron and chromium with some controlled carbon for strength. Incoloy 800 is very resistant to both carburization and high temperature oxidation, while 800H and 800HT had additional creep-rupture strength added to Incoloy 800 , which included increasing the amounts of carbon and titanium/aluminum in the alloy. Incoloy 800 demonstrated excellent tensile strength, toughness and corrosion resistance especially elevated temperatures .The component stability ,allows for chemical reactions, heat transfer and consumption of power generation including durability and performance in extreme environments .

Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT flanges are widely used in high temperature and hot environments. These are the strongest materials with the best oxidation and carburization resistance, with the most usual final applications being furnace parts, heat exchangers, and petrochemical processes. It is also useful for electric power generation in reheaters and superheaters where there is a need to remain stable at elevated temperatures.
