Incoloy flanges contain predominantly nickel, steel and chromium, and has additional augmented strength from alloying with molybdenum, copper and titanium to resist corrosion. Incoloy has excellent resistance to carburization and oxidation, especially with heat and acidic content. Mechanically, Incoloy flanges have good tensile strength, good stiffness and good creep resistance, which makes them suitable for demanding applications. The advantages of Incoloy flanges are their long life in tough environments, resistance to cracking and pitting, and reliability in demanding environments, making it valuable in oil, gas and chemical industries.
