Inconel RTJ flanges have a high-quality nickel-chromium alloy base. For example, Inconel 625 and Inconel 718 are multi-faceted alloys that, in general, have an excellent high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance. Inconel RTJ flanges also have high tensile and yield strength – approximately 827 MPa and 414 MPa, respectively – both of which are quite impressive – and have great durability when under extreme circumferential stresses/pressures and high-temperature conditions. Inconel RTJ flanges have high melting points (approx. 1,350°C) a high density (8.44 g/cm³) and low thermal expansion. Therefore Inconel RTJ flanges are well-suited for extreme applications often found in the aerospace, marine, and chemical processing industries.
