Nickel Alloy Forged Flanges consist predominantly of nickel (usually more than 60%), with the addition of elements like chromium, molybdenum, iron, and copper to varying percentages based on the grade. These alloys have superior tensile strength (to 750 MPa), high thermal conductivity, and excellent resistance to acid attack and oxidation. They retain their mechanical properties over a wide temperature range, which makes them best suited for high-stress conditions. With low expansion thermal properties and high fatigue strength, nickel alloy flanges provide prolonged service life in harsh industrial environments.
